Clearwater spent the early part of 2011 completely renovating 97/99 Porpoise Way. The duplex was purchased days before the end of 2010 and we spent several months completely updating the two units from new wiring, plumbing, flooring, roof, kitchens, baths, appliances, etc... The units were then split to two legally separate homes and subsequently sold in May and August, respectively to first time home buyers. Below are some before and after pictures of the building.
