Renovated & Sold: 17 Collins Street, Newburyport, MA

Clearwater purchased 17 Collins in the early spring of 2011 from an estate.  We fully renovated the house including the addition of a 2nd bath upstairs where only one existed previously next to the kitchen, making it a 4 bed, 2 bath house.  Improvements included expansion of the kitchen, updated baths, updated wiring, refinished floors, and exterior paint and landscaping.  The house was under contract within 1 day and sold at the start of the summer.  Here are some before and after pictures of the property below.
