Clearwater purchased 20 Dodge Street in late October from HUD. The house has been gutted to the studs and is in the process of being put back together with everything replaced including the furnace, improved framing, flooring, kitchen, baths, and addition of a laundry room on the 2nd floor. We expect the house to be completed and on the market within 6-8 weeks. Pictures of the finished product will be posted upon completion.
