Clearwater purchased an outdated duplex in Portsmouth's historic Atlantic Heights neighborhood at the start of the year. Atlantic Heights was originally created to house employees of a ship building company in the early 1900's. Over the years it has become a trendy neighborhood known for it's residents, quality of homes, and location to the downtown area.
