Renovations completed and house sold: 9 Woodcock Lane, York, Maine

Clearwater Capital recently managed and completed the rehab of 9 Woodcock Lane in York in collaboration with an investment group.  The house was previously in distress and received items such as new windows, new kitchen, new carpet/tile, refinished hardwood floors, updated baths, expansion to space over the garage, full interior/exterior paint, and more.  The house sold to a local family in January 2011.
