Sold Spring 2012: 20 Dodge Street, Rochester, NH

Update: 20 Dodge Street was sold in the spring of 2012 after a full gut and renovation back to modern standards.  The only thing left of the old house was the foundation and the clapboard siding.  Every single inch of the house was gutted and put back together including the heating system, electrical, plumbing, 75% of the interior framing, etc...congratulations to the first-time buyer who bought the house.
