Clearwater buys a rehab project in Bath, Maine

On May 13th Clearwater purchased a 4 bed, 2.5 bath, 2,800 square foot home in Bath, Maine from the Army Corp of Engineers.  Expected rehab includes new roof, updated electrical, interior/exterior paint, landscaping, and other minor updates.  Expected time of completion is 2 weeks with a target date of June 1st to go back on the market.
