Clearwater secures funds for a single family renovation in Biddeford, Maine

On Tuesday, December 15th, Clearwater Capital Ventures helped a client obtain funds to purchase a foreclosure property on Granite Street in Biddeford, Maine.  Funds will go towards acquisition and renovations of the property.  The home has been vacant for some time and is outdated.  The developers are looking to renovate over the next 3 months to bring the property up to modern standards and amenities.  Once the work is completed the developers will be targeting first time/lower-income buyers.  If you would like more information on this or any other projects Clearwater has assisted in, please contact us directly.
