Clearwater Capital and its strategic partners purchased the 50 Sokokis Street property in early September from a bank, post-foreclosure, and significantly renovated it. The house was a 3 bed, 1 bath split-entry with a massive in-law apartment attached. We determined that the in-law unit was illegal, and decided to open the walls between the main house and that unit to make it a large 4 bed, 2 bath house. Renovations also include new bamboo hardwood floors, new carpeting and tile, paint, sheetrock, updated kitchen, vinyl siding, a new roof, and more. The house went on the market on September 30th.
